From start to finish Stone Mountain Volkswagen was amazing to deal with. Mohammad Al- Tamimi found my wife's perfect car at a great price. Kurt then had all my papers together and I was out the door in no time. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy new or used.

My husband and I had a great experience purchasing 2 cars from Mason at Stone Mountain VW. It was his willingness to work with us to meet our needs, that made that happen, and it truly was an easy process. After the purchase he sat with me in the parking lot and went over all the "bells and whistles". It was all very new to me and he encouraged me to come back with questions any time....which I did! I came to Stone Mtn Volkswagen with the intent to get out of my previous car loan situation. I was fortunate to work with Joseph & Tamimi . They were both very friendly and professional. As I work in sales I understand the desire to make a sale. I felt no pressure at ALL. Both of these guys provided level 10 service while I was at the dealership, as well as being available for my questions after I left the dealership. All in all it was a very very good car buying experience. I got to enjoy my first new car experience without feeling the pressure and headache that my friends speak of when describing theirs. It was such a good experience that I had my dad come in and purchase a vehicle of his own.

Tammimi was very attentive to my needs. I told him my list of "must haves" and he showed me cars with those features. I liked that he didn't waste my time. He is a great listener, and went out of his way to hear my budgetary constraints, and the entire team worked well together to negotiate a deal I was very happy with.

We walked out of another VW dealership much closer to our home because we could not agree on price and they were completely inflexible. Tamimi at Stone Mountain VW was great. Honest, very competitive pricing. He provided a thorough explanation of all of the car's features, and was very efficient with our time. We will be back!
