Im traveling the country from ohio to the west coast and around with my girlfriend. While in Nevada we had a code come up for a thermostat. The only place that could get us in was your dealership. The service was incredible. I loved the atmosphere, the service advisor was fantastic and friendly and more than accommodating. The technician showed me the issue with the thermostat and did a great inspection of my vehicle. He understood the length of the journey we still had and checked more than i expected. Staff was friendly. Need to inform customer on the process of the quick lube to let them know of any reason for a delay in service and wait time.

Dave was extremely helpful. I was travelling when we had a tire blow out. He was able to not only resolve that, he helped educate me on the importance of consistent tire age given I have an all wheel drive vehicle. Throughout the process, he provided great information, and checked to make sure I had everything we needed. He followed up with me after the service to make sure the car was driving well. I also appreciate your hours which allowed me to get it fixed without delaying my return home.
