Shock replacement on Tundra

Overall visit was very good. There was an issue where the initial rep never set up my appt. However, Chase worked my trick in and they go it fixed quickly and kept me updated on the progress.

Great service!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. My vehicle was ready early and everything was explained about what was done and what I should pay attention to.

Toyota Teton

Matt did a great job for us at the Toyota Teton in Idaho Falls It had a full tank of gas and was super clean He was honest and easy to work with I would recommend him to anyone !!

Repair for a airbag recall

Very satisfied with Teton. Took my 4 runner to them for a factory recall on airbags . My appointment was at 9 30 am by 10 30 I was leaving. Very fast and friendly service. While I waited I talked to a salesman to possibly trade it in . He was not pushy at all answered questions for me gave me his card said to let him know what I decided. Also talked to the young lady at the assesory desk and she priced a 3" lift, new rims and tires, floor mats, roof rack, and remote start. All of which she gave me an remarkable price on. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for fast friendly service without the pushy, pressure filled typical car sales dealer.

Teton Toyota

My complaint is that the service advisor didn’t keep me updated on the status of the repairs and just kept putting me off and at times did not return my calls. The original estimate of repair time was 2.5 hours and I finally asked for my car back after 3 day’s.
