**Review for Dulles Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram** ⭐☆☆☆☆ I recently purchased my fourth and final car from Dulles Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. I should have known better after my previous encounters with this dealership. My most recent issue began when I placed a deposit on a Jeep Wrangler that was scheduled to arrive. When the vehicle finally arrived, I was dismayed to learn that it had been sold to someone else. I was forced to special order a new Jeep, which meant an additional six-week wait. I finally received my Jeep in June 2022, but the troubles didn’t end there. Recently, I brought my Jeep in for routine maintenance and to address the wear and cracking on the leather seats, despite only having 35,000 miles on the vehicle. I was assured that the service department would file a warranty claim, and it seemed promising that the issue would be covered. However, I was shocked to receive a call the next day stating that my claim was rejected due to "caused by an outside influence." I attempted to resolve the issue by speaking with the Service Manager, Diana Chadwick, who was supposed to be a "customer advocate." Unfortunately, her response was less than helpful. Diana was rude and condescending, essentially dismissing any efforts to rectify the situation. Her lack of professionalism and unwillingness to assist left me extremely frustrated and disappointed. Given these repeated issues and poor customer service, I would not recommend Dulles Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. It's been a disheartening experience, and I regret not heeding the warning signs earlier.

Purchases a vehicle at the end of November 2023 and by February 7th the still can't get the registration and plates taken care of even though I paid for them to take care of it all. This issue follows the problem I had with them getting the contract squared away. They had to email the contract to me to sign and then re-sign 3 times because apparently they couldn't make sure it was correct the first time. The sales price they offer are not real as they offer several discounts but you can't actually be eligible for all of them even though they initially mark the sales price for all discounts included. And their customer service is awful! I will not buy from this dealer ever again and recommend anyone wanting to buy to travel to a different dealership.

Avoid this dealership
We just had a miserable experience at this dealer. After the test drive, the salesman asked what they could do to sell me the car. I responded that they could give me an out the door price that included my trade and that I was not interested in being stuck with the Finance Manager in a room while he tried to upsell on extended warranties. The salesman responded that sitting with Finance Manager was "required by State Law". I told him that wasn't true and this resulted in an argument. When he finally offered me a price it was 10k higher than the priced advertised. When I pointed this out, he said the advertised price included incentives I didn't qualify for. So we left. Avoid this dealership at all costs.

Salesman did a great job when i bought my jeep.
Salesman did a great job when i bought my jeep. Only reason i returned with my wife a week later to buy her new jeep too. Financing personal that reviews and signs the deal, doesnt know how to copy information from one place to another. Screwed my dob on the financing application to bank, took weeks and multiple phone calls for me to correct myself. Then payoff department kept playing games on my overpayment payment back to me. Again multiple calls and "lies" about why they waited and check being sent to me. Took them atleast 5 calls from me to finally send me the overpayment back with another lie of it being sent and then nothing. Waited the time, nothing in the mail, called again and nothing was sent and told they are cutting the check at that time, had to speak to a manger to ask for for this to be corrected again. The excuses they use are ridiculous except 1 which someone mentioned about being end of month and they didnt send due to their quotas. So they made me wait to make it good for them. I have purchased 5 new cars with them but now i will take my business some where else. When your buying and before you fill out the survey, they treat you as an important customer and once thats done they dont give you a second thought. Not a way to keep and earn new business

This is my second time getting a car from this dealership
This is my second time getting a car from this dealership in five years. So, I would say they hold good size inventory for you to get one that suits your needs. I was already eyeballing the Dodge Challenger; they had one with specifics that I wanted, and Brian Collins was great to work with as he made the experience friendly. I can't wait for the Dodge Charger - EV, as I wanted to have that as soon as it's available.
