I totally recommend buying from this dealership. There has been many bad experiences buying at the dealership for me, This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had. All the agents here are super friendly, not pushy, very relaxed atmosphere during the buying process. In particular, I was fortunate to have Valentin Abu help with the buying of my Mazda 5 Mini-van. I recommend you talk to Valentin and ask for him. He did an excellent job of answering all of my questions, explained everything thoroughly, sold me the car I actually wanted and was very helpful to make sure it was a very smooth process. And.. I was in and out of there at a very reasonable amount of time. Overall, this dealership was my favorite out of all the places I have purchased the many cars over the years. My wife and I came into this dealership after doing some online searches for a 2014 Toyota Corolla and seeing that they had a few in stock. We got there around 6:30pm and right away we were greeted by Ryan who provided EXCELLENT customer service. He didn't hesitate to hand over the keys to test drive the car that we were eyeing and even handed us a few more keys to other cars of the same make/model just in case we didn't like the one we were already looking at. So we took it out for a test drive and feel in love. We then decided to move forward with signing the paper works. Usually this is the part (siging paper works) that I hate the most when buying a car, but Ryan kept us entertained with stories from his personal life, refreshed us with water, and provided us with useful information about the paper work. When he covered Hertz's policies, what sold me on it the most (and made me a fan of the company altogether) was the Bumber-to-Bumber warranty. I have never imagine that you can get that kind of coverage from buying a used car, but with Hertz, you do! I am now not only excited about the car and the deal that we got, but also excited about Hertz as a credible dealership! After signing all the paperwork, I realized that it was 8pm which was over Ryan's schedule but he didn't mind staying behind and made sure that our purchase were cared for. Long story short, Ryan made sure that we had the keys to the the car that night and also made sure we were satisfied with everything about the car, which we are! Great car, great deals, excellent customer service, and awesome coverage! 5/5*

My family recommended that I see Joe Cardella at Hertz Car sales on Fulton Avenue. I came in and asked for Joe another salesperson said that he would be in the next day at 1 P.M.. I only wanted to deal with Joe so I stayed in a Hotel Overnight. I went in the next day and Joe was there. When I said who my family was he remembered them. I just bought a 2014 Chevy Sonic LT from Ryan. I went into the car buying process not really having any idea of what I was looking for. I really appreciated Hertz's large selection of vehicles in my price range (they are in great condition and affordable!!). Once I test drove the Sonic, I knew it was the car for me. I had a foot injury at the time of car shopping and Ryan was excellent at accommodating me, so I didn't have to walk all over the dealership.
