I made an appointment and had warranty work done on my

I made an appointment and had warranty work done on my 2021 Toyota Rav4 hybrid. It took longer than expected and they were short-staffed but they were able to address an additional recall on my car I wasn't aware of. I was offered an Uber ride (Edmark paid for) to and back from my house when vehicle was ready. There was a lot going on when dropping my car off at 8am but the service staff was efficient and it didn't take long at all. I had been a loyal Tom Scott Sales/service customer and was unsure about returning after it's transition to Edmark. After this experience, I feel good about coming back!

WARNING TO ALL BUYERS take pics of VIN and out and in of the vehicle you chose before sign a contract with this FRAUDULENT DUPERS CROOKS ABUSER OF THE ELDERLY ( they crook the ones they think are easy prey) TAKING ADVANTAGE OF. the contract is ""Automatically CANCELED IF THEY DUPED YOU crooked you and did a fraudulent deal! by giving you the wrong suv "" with its VIN in the contract but with the miles of the one you chose!! And so different SUV inside of what I chose She the dishonest duper woman insisted to me to come back next day x it!!! Sure for her do her fraudulent ways.. JENNIFER THOMPSON THE CROOK ONE SALES WOMAN CLINT (ANOTHER CROOK) And sure.,. MILES EDMARK...GRAL.MANAGER that I went to talk to him to cancel a contract for the SUV I NEVER CHOSE He refused ...ok I declared war..just started!!! I did all reports to most I can And I keep fighting this TITANIC FRAUD reporting to TOYOTA FINANCIAL DEPT AND FRAUD DEPT ( plus many agencies) they o READY KNOW...IF THEY DO THIS TO CUSTOMERS THEY CAN DO FOR TOYOTA ITSELF!!!! I will keep fighting them until I die ( just got stroke and being in the hospital) Be wise all of you.....DONT LET THIS FRAUDULENT PEOPLE DUPE YOU

The mechanics is a diagnostic on my car, ended up going somewhere else to have the repair done (lower price) but when they put the car back together there were a few issues after. My windshield wipers wouldn’t work. When I called to explain the issue to the manger of the service department, Jet I believe his name was, he was condescending and childishly rude. Will not be returning and would not recommend.

I brought my Supra here for service.

I brought my Supra here for service. After being told everything was good (including tires) my husband and I took a drive about 2.5 hours away. Our rear tires blew because of bare wire (about 2 inches), causing us to leave our car on the side of the road for 2 days, pay for two new tires at the nearest tire shop (which had to order them) and drive 2.5 hours back n forth 3 times. This could have killed us if the tires had blown in the mountains at 80mph speed limits. It is a godsend that it happened when/where it did. Once we informed Edmark of what happened, they insisted on checking our car out to make sure everything was OK...which, should have been done the last time, before they said it was all good. I pulled my paperwork from the full service we had just had a couple weeks prior (at Edmark) and the paperwork said the tires were good. Once they completed their re-inspection of our car, post-incident...I went to pick it up, and was presented with a bill!! They blamed the oversight of the tires NOT being ok, on "new people." After everything, all they did was reimburse our tow. This service center is not only incompetent, but their customer service is horrendous. If I could leave negative stars, I would. Buyer Beware.

Most recently purchased a Sequoia for my wife and Tundra for myself. The accessory department did an awesome job customizing my truck and was able to source and professionally install everything which saved me a lot of hassle!

I never write reviews, but had to. Horrible. Internet sales either lied or didn't listen, floor sales took over and wasted my wife's and my time with a trade offer 8k away from what I said I was only interested in from the very beginning, I was upfront so our time wouldn't be wasted but it still was. Emails, texts, pictures, test drive, all a waste of time.

Bought a 2024 Corolla xle hybrid a couple weeks ago from

Bought a 2024 Corolla xle hybrid a couple weeks ago from Edmark. We live about 350 miles away. Rochelle, Clint, Austin and Stacey all helped us in this purchase. It was the quickest and easiest car buy I've ever had. Really appreciated the large discount off msrp as no dealers in Utah would come down a dollar from msrp. Would do business again in a heartbeat with these guys.

This dealership should be put out of business.

I do not recommend this group. They either don't know what their warranties are or just lie about them. I assume the latter. But my fault for not stopping to read the full warranty and fine print before I bought my new car. Bottom line, I bought their top warranty with assurances that it would cover my service needs only excluding things like glass or accidents. Found out that to change the oil it is $80.00. I could get it done at several places for $30.00 plus it only takes 30 minutes instead 2 hours at Edmark. Guard your wallet as that is their main goal in their dealings.

Good luck getting an oil change.

Good luck getting an oil change. You have to talk to a call center……..and wait 6 weeks. Just call Petersons Toyota. I called and had an appointment in 2 days. Waiting 6 weeks at Edmark Toyota is the normal wait and not a fluke.
