I usually go to Sterling McCall GMC but decided to try

I usually go to Sterling McCall GMC but decided to try DeMontrond Buick GMC since it's closer. This was a complete mistake due to the poor customer service and overall experience. I went in for an oil change and a 90k miles service. The person assisting me, Fred, didn't have a pricing sheet and instead used a calculator to come up with a price, which seemed very shady. I had no clear idea of what I was being charged for, and the final amount was $900. I asked if they provided a free car wash for customers, and Fred said yes. However, when I arrived, there were three salespeople just talking amongst themselves. I waited about 15 minutes, and none of them bothered to ask if I needed help. They completely ignored me the whole time. When I finally got my keys back, the truck had not been washed as promised. I asked again, and Fred said they would do it. A guy took the truck and returned in literally three minutes. The truck was dripping water, and there were wet puddles on my carpet—clearly, a very poor car wash job. This is the worst service I have ever received from a GMC dealership. It seems like there's no one in charge on the Saturday shift, and the staff doesn't care about customer needs at all. Very disappointing.

Great dealership.

Great dealership. Helpful salesman (Juan) and finance person(Chris). I took a long to calculate all the different finance options and lease payments. The finance person was patient and understood my thought process and allowed me calculate the numbers. They were not pushy, explained everything upfront.
