I went to look at crew cab trucks test drove a dodge 1500 though Dennis let me know it was only a v6 which would not pull the weight of the RV so he ask me to give him a few days so i did within 3 to 4 days Dennis called me with a 2015 Dodge 1500 with a hemi that would pull what I want it to I bought it found it had a couple small Issues that needed attention like the drivers head light leaked and the fog lights didn't work they took care of that for me I also ask about runners so I bought the runners and they put them on for a decent price Dennis is a great Guy to work with it was all pretty smooth Thank you Dennis

No contact whatsoever from the dealership. If you’re going to deny people at least let them know why. No phone call, no text, no email. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend this place at all.

When I was employed at another Dealership here in town, I came to DV Auto Center because I knew the value of the Honda Civic I was looking at and I knew That I didn't think I would find it any where else at the price they wanted. I could not be happier with my Civic. Thank you, Dennis

We purchased a vehicle from the dealership and I won't lie and say the experience wasn't pleasant. For starters my husband found the car he really liked and when we went to sign the paperwork we were halfway through it when we were presented with the monthly note. This isn't my first rodeo with purchasing a vehicle and every vehicle I've ever had before paperwork is even signed, we go through what the price for the monthly note will be. I wasn't particularly happy with the amount but my husband was ok with it, so I let it go. The car also had a few things that needed to be fixed before we could take it off the lot so outside of the fact that we had to go and get cash for the down payment I was fine with waiting a day or two to get the car. We picked it up from the shop they sent it to and were under the impression a full diagnostic was done and that the car would be good to go. This was extremely important because we are a family of 4 and we needed a reliable car to ensure we are able to transport our family safely. Well 30 days after driving the car around Arizona the car started over heating and also flashed a message that said the oil needed to be changed. We called DV Auto to discuss the work that was previously done on the car. We were directed by them to call the auto shop. Only to find out that the break light and air bag was fixed. There was no diagnostic done. After speaking with our local mechanic, they informed us that the water pump needed to be replaced. We let DV Auto know and they told us the auto shop would provide us a their discount and after speaking with them we were advised to fix the car it would be $600! It's so frustrating and infuriating when looking for a vehicle you think that you're going with a decent dealership and hope to have a positive experience only to feel like you were taken advantage of. We could have gone anywhere, we chose this place based on the reviews and our finance company recommending them. We put $2800.00 down and now we have to come out of pocket $600.00 the same month the new Car note is due. Which means that we will have come out of pocket close to $3500.00 for this vehicle in less than 30 days and instead of anyone at the dealership offering to possibly pay half of the cost to assist with fixing the vehicle, we were just told that we could get a discount from their auto shop they partner with. When does customer service after you leave the dealership come into play. My local mechanic that's been working on my SECOND vehicle for years is charging us less than the auto shop discount. When purchasing the car we were asked to leave a review, I waited a few weeks and I had planned on leaving an excellent review to recap my experience, but after our interaction with DV Auto today I feel taken advantage of by yet another car dealership. Hopefully no one else has this kind of experience as well as have to take a financial loss 30 days after purchasing a "new" car.

I made the rookie mistake of not researching DV Auto Center before purchasing a vehicle from them. They are liars and have terrible customer service. The salesman told me that the truck was in a minor accident. Later I find out that the truck had three major accidents. I had the truck delivered to Texas when I received the truck, and it was not washed, a tire was flat, and the tank was empty. Later I need information about the finance, and the salesman ignored my calls. I had to call the business, and still, they didn’t help me with the information I needed. Stay away from this business.

Go to DV Auto center and check em out. Chris hooked me up with a new bike. 30th anniversary Ninja ZX6R. quick and easy even if the bank tries to complicate things. Chris delt with all the bank stuff even after I refused to do business with one bank he got me approved thru another more professional lender. I have to say dealing with DV Auto for my bike was the best expieriance thus far. I don’t do well with complications and most people in general due to combat PTSD. Thanx for helping a vet get back on his dream Chris. You rock.
