It was a very pleasant experience.

It was a very pleasant experience. Corey and Justin listened to our needs, and got us our best bang for our buck. While being very efficient and extremely human and not pushy.

I had a really disappointing experience at this service

I had a really disappointing experience at this service center. I brought my vehicle in for a tailgate warranty issue and was told they wouldn’t honor the warranty unless I paid for their “preferred service package.” That didn’t sit right with me at all. As a younger customer, it felt like I wasn’t being taken seriously and was being pushed into unnecessary services just to get something covered that should have been handled under warranty. Transparency and honesty go a long way, and I didn’t feel that here. I would recommend others ask a lot of questions and be cautious before agreeing to anything. Mike Lundbom was the service representative that made these claims.

Very helpful and patient willing to help you get what you

Very helpful and patient willing to help you get what you want. They will help you explore what's best for you. They will go the extra mile. Very good communication. Easy to stay in contact with and if you want up dates for changing situations they are there to help. In my opinion they aren't there just to make a sell. They are there to help you make the best decision that fits your unique life situation.

Corwin service had me dropped the truck off for 2 days.

Corwin service had me dropped the truck off for 2 days. I dropped it off the night before. I didn’t hear back from them for THREE days and then they told me a “rodent” had eaten into the emission line (which could have happened) But they wanted to charge me $1400 to change the line! Which would mean they would have to keep my truck another 3 days!!! I took it to a different place and they fixed it in 2 days and only charged me $900!!! I do not like the fact that there was NO call back in the two days they promised and I had to contact THEM to even get them to call me! It is very frustrating and they didn’t even look at the truck until the last day! I run a business and I cannot be without the truck for that many days. It’s ridiculous!
