Very professional staff.

Very professional staff. My veh was fixed correctly and on time. During the repair I was contacted several times to update me with the process and status of expected finish time

I was charged for work that wasn’t done said they rotated

I was charged for work that wasn’t done said they rotated my tires but didn’t. said they checked the lights yet there are lights out

They don’t follow through on things, don’t communicate,

They don’t follow through on things, don’t communicate, and are not reliable. I’ve moved all my service needs and Ford purchases to Kendall.

This is the second time I've chose to use Ryan to

This is the second time I've chose to use Ryan to purchase a vehicle and and he did a fantastic job on both occasions. He was totally available and helped with problem-solving and the answers I needed. Both times when I described what I was looking for he was able to find a vehicle that matched, and I made the purchases. There was a little bit of a paperwork, problem in the finance office, but they got solved. If I or someone I know needed a vehicle in the Nampa area I would be calling Ryan.
