They had the right car but they weren’t upfront and

They had the right car but they weren’t upfront and honest about the cost of the vehicle or the trade in values, the salesman to the finance guy felt slimy and dishonest. Since we were getting a minivan the salesman kept making comments to me, man, and my wife about being soccer moms. And then he asked inappropriate questions about past relationships. The entire experience it felt like we were being taken advantage of. If they didn’t have the vehicle we wanted then we wouldn’t have gone back. *Edit: After submitting the review I was called three times in a row by the salesman, who did not leave a message. I didn’t know the number so I didn’t answer until the third time. Very unprofessional behavior, on the verge of harassment. The response given to my review is fake just like they are. They have my information and obviously know how to contact me.

Service is horrible!

Service is horrible! Enough said. Sales and finance team was great. Delivery of truck was filthy and even after a second visit, it remained dirty. I called service to get my driver window, which has not worked correctly since I drove it off the lot - serviced. Dealer says it will need my truck for up to 2 days, without any loaner or mode of transportation.

Worst experience yet at this location.

Worst experience yet at this location. Never received a message that service was complete. They did not follow through on checking TPS fault message. Had to return Monday. Ended up getting sensor replaced. Light came back on immediately, only replaced one sensor. Just left today and hood wasn’t latched. Hood came open on freeway on ramp. Now I have road hazard in my tires. Will take elsewhere to repair that.
