My salesperson Luis,was pleasant. He explained they couldn't make an offer on my trade because of its age. I was told to sell it privately. The next day I checked back to start a cash purchase of my dream car. I was told someone had placed a deposit on this car. I didn't know I had an option to do that! My mistake! I'm still looking for another dream car. I'm pretty picky. My salesperson could have explained my options better. I'm new to car shopping online, through pictures and written descriptions. That Challenger was exactly what I wanted. I just needed to arrange for the no trade.

Great experience. Salesman was very helpful with no pressure. They worked hard to get me a good deal on a great truck. The accessory department is also great. They helped me with new tires, bed liner and air bags. Both sales and accessory department get 5 star. My favorite dealership after 35 years of buying trucks!

I purchased a 2026 Ford F-150 from Corwin Ford late March 2026. The vehicle was a transfer from another dealer located out of state. When I took ownership the truck it was missing the 2nd key and the antenna. I was the only one who noticed the missing antenna. Corwin paid to have a 2nd key made. The issue I had was that Corwin didn’t do its due diligence inspecting the truck for any missing items prior to the customer taking ownership. Other than that the sales experience was as to be expected.
