Purchased 2026 Bronco and was supposed to have Sasquatch package as told I got everything I wanted and that was not included on my purchase. I received the Luxe package on a Badlands Bronco but never got the Sasquatch package. After talking to the GM they are unwilling to make this right other than having me pay at cost for the rims and tires. That doesn’t come close to what the package has and shouldn’t be out of my pocket. The difference I don’t get is the suspension and rim and tires.

I was extremely happy with the staff making me feel like a valued customer. The work that was done seemed to take a long time to be completed. The vehicle was in for a paint protection coating and windshield coating. At the time I made the appt. I had concerns about a rubbing sound coming from the front end and a broken visor mirror cover on the passenger side sun visor. T he vehicle was dropped off at 7:20 am on a Wednesday. I was told that I would to have to leave the truck about 3 days to have the front noise and visor checked. The coatings were completed on Wed by 11:00 am. I watched online that the truck repair status was in check in status until Friday morning. I called my service tech who told me he would check the work status. Shortly I received a call from my Svc tech that the front end noise was corrected but the visor was on back order. My only dissatisfaction was the amount of time it took to inspect and correct the front noise which turned out to be the left front tire rubbing on the inner fender well due to it being mis-aligned.

Here we are again, lots of 5-star reviews. Wow, no one is having issues. I wonder if this review will get posted. I don't think they're worthy of 5 stars; they didn't provide the customer service that would make me trust them at all. They claim to be trustworthy and reliable, but you are better off going to a buy-here, pay-here.

My experience was very good. My salesman Trevor was knowledgeable and very helpful, he accompanied me to their used lot in downtown Nampa to help me find a vehicle in my price range. After registering the car I was called and informed of an issue with my title and given several options on how we could remedy the issue and given plenty of time to weigh my options. In the end I got money back on my purchase and I am extremely happy with my new vehicle. Corwin Ford went above my expectations and I can’t thank them enough.
