My new vehicle was serviced as part of the predelivery process. The vehicle was very clean. I appreciate the attention to details and the fact that it was ready for me when I arrived at the dealership.

I had a reasonably good purchase experience at Brent...

I had a reasonably good purchase experience at Brent Brown. A little frustrated that the vehicle I truly wanted was not available. I settled for a lesser model version. Price negotiation left me feeling very much like the customers on Vroom and Carvana TV commercials. I ended up buying a vehicle I had never driven. The only reason I made the deal was they gave me a good price for my trade-in vehicle. The good news is I am mostly satisfied with the vehicle I purchased.

Lani was able to expedite my service to enable me to make doctor appointment and even honored a coupon discount for great pricing. Very nice!

I had really wanted a new Camry, but none were available...

I had really wanted a new Camry, but none were available and I couldn't keep renting a vehicle. Brock was most helpful and even helped me return my rented car. Josh talked me into some things I really didn't want, but as I was getting sicker by the minute, I just wanted to be done so I could go home to bed. Kai was kind enough to help me find the most accessible entrance. Thank you all for your help.

Was not able to get through by telephone so I just went to the dealership. Great service from Joel. The recommended services were just what was needed. The service was completed sooner than expected.

The Sales men were great to deal with. They met the...

The Sales men were great to deal with. They met the expectation to bend over backwards for us. The detail shop needs training. When we went to pick up the truck the bed of the truck had mud in it and I had to ask to get it cleaned. When we got home we found socks under the seat of the truck along with other issues.

Had an appt for my first servic. Had to take my 3 yr old...

Had an appt for my first servic. Had to take my 3 yr old grandson. After 2 hour wait I checked on car. It was done and service writer had gone home. I'd say not good service!
