Great Experiance

This was my second time in for service on my 2017 Camry. Everything was completed in a timely manner. I have been dealing with Brent Brown Toyota for twenty years and have always enjoyed the people and the service.

Outstanding

Brent Brown employees are professional and courteous when receiving your appointment. Their greeters are cheerful and treat me with respect. The service writers know me and know my vehicles history and only recommend what’s needed. The service technicians here are highly skilled. And reset my vehicle with the same cars as a dr. 'Great service

Vehicle registration

Walked in to BBT to schedule emissions test. Mo was not only helpful but was able to work me into the schedule and I had my emissions, safety inspection and registration renewal (thanks to green dot renewal at BBT) completed within an hour!

Second auto purchase!

My son started the purchase of a new truck. Brett and Jonathon were kind to him and treated him with respect. When I drove to Provo to finish the deal, I was treated the same way. I really appreciate the curtesy and honesty we were treated with regardless of our age difference! When I am ready for a new auto, I will drive the 300 miles again.

Purchase of Toyota Camry

We trust Todd completely. He has taken care of our parents for years, and has always been generous with his time and help. Because of my husband's work schedule, I was left to try and purchase a vehicle by myself. I would not have felt confident I was being treated fairly, with anyone but Todd, or at any other dealership. He spent almost his entire day helping me get the right car for me, and then walking me thru financing as well as getting my bluetooth connected. Thanks Todd, for helping me!

Very positive experience

We were very impressed with dealership. The showroom floor was very impressive. We enjoyed the collection of old and new cars and motorcycles. It gave us something to do while we sat around and waited.
