I feel like they treat me fairly and do not seek repairs and maintenance that is not necessary. On the other hand when they see an issue they clearly show me what is wrong and what it takes to fix it.

For the first time my business decided to try out a lease on a vehicle for running around and taking care of the many tasks required to keep things operating smoothly. Part of the lease included the maintenance on the car for 2yrs. That was a refreshing addition and when I took it in for its recent service they completed the service 45min faster than the time they had quoted me originally. It even included a video of the inspection with specific details about tire tread depth, brake pads, and all sorts of other stuff. It was great.

I was hesitant to take my car in for a recall, I felt too busy! But Brent Brown Toyota made it a quick, convenient, and pleasant experience. I was able to set up an appointment time in the morning, but they allowed me to leave my vehicle the night before. They also let me know they would have been happy to drive me and my kids back to Lehi...wow! They followed up with a phone call to make sure I knew what repairs they would be doing, then quickly called back when my car was ready for pick up. Fast, friendly, follow up - all things I like!

They got to me quickly. Put me in line. Filled out the paper work. Because the job would take a few hours they gave me a ride home. They called me when it was finished and I came and got it. They were very nice and friendly.
