Had an appointment to sell my 2013 Ford Escape and was looking to purchase a new Jeep. As soon as inquired David followed up. He made the process so easy for my husband and myself. He found us an amazing deal on a Jeep Wrangler and gave us even more value on our trade in than we expected. He kept in mind our preferences and never pushed once. Some dealerships push everything at you for a sale and he made us so comfortable with every step. I highly recommend!!

I contacted Fair Oaks to inquire about a used vehicle I was interested in purchasing. Initially, I spoke with William, and informed him of the vehicle and that my purchase would be cash and done remotely. He stated he would check on the vehicle’s availability and get back to me. Hours went by with no contact so I gave him another call. He said he was still checking. A couple more hours passed and nothing so I called back and spoke with a sales manager Sony. He was pleasant on the phone, apologized for William’s actions, and said he would assist me going forward. Long story short, neither one ever called me back or followed up on my interest. I guess they are not interested in selling vehicles? If you contact this dealer, be aware that these individuals are unresponsive.
