Always a great experience! They really know how to take care of a customer and the vehicle they are assigned to.

I've never had a bad experience from them. They really know how to not only get things done, but how to treat loyal Toyota customers. I live 30 minutes away and could go to a closer Toyota which is about 10 minutes away, but the drive to Mark Miller Toyota is worth it every time.

I bought my Toyota Highlander in 2007 at Mark Miller Toyota and have brought it in for service ever since. I appreciate their honesty, quick service and friendly staff. They check up on me, and get me out in a reasonable amount of time. For larger jobs they have shuttle service which is very convenient. Even though my Highlander is 10 years old, I still enjoy driving it and feel with regular maintenance that I can drive it for many more years.

I have bought several cars from this dealership and the last two Corolla's I have purchased from a great guy, Kelly Cronin, he is knowledgeable of the Toyota brand as well as understanding of peoples needs when buying a car. Mitch Fuller in service has always been honest with me. No games with Kelly Cronin, just an honest guy doing his best to give the customer what they want in a car.

Walked into the dealership, explained the exact features of the vehicle I wanted to purchase, and in 15 minutes I had the final price. No gimmicks, no back-and-forth hassle, just a final out the door price and that was it. I was told it would take 6-8 weeks for my vehicle to be built and shipped but it ended up only being a total of 4 weeks. My salesman Lyle Mitchell was proactive and kept me informed of the estimated delivery during that 4 week time period. When the vehicle arrived, the paperwork was ready for me when I walked into the dealership. I was in and out of the store in about an hour. Overall, a fantastic experience and I highly recommend visiting Mark Miller Toyota.

They are always professional and courteous. They explain everything to you. Always do quality work and they offer to wash your car afterwards. They have a nice waiting area with complimentary snacks and drinks.
