Lincolnwood Toyota sent me a quote for a RAV.

Lincolnwood Toyota sent me a quote for a RAV. I scheduled a test drive the nest day. After my test drive, the manager, Gabriel, told me that the actual price of the car was $20k MORE than the quote they sent me the day before. They were dishonest and misrepresented themselves to get me to come in and wasted my time.

JERKS!

JERKS! Please avoid at all costs! They will do ANYTHING to get you into the door to treat you like garbage. They enjoy doing that! Check out Yelp reviews. Google reviews are FAKE. Please stay away from these JERKS!

Since i didn’t agree on putting down a $5000 down

Since i didn’t agree on putting down a $5000 down payment, never received a call back to continue with financing lol! Taking advantage of people since there are no cars in the lot.

Anthony and Amy were great to work with.

Anthony and Amy were great to work with. Amy was able to get us a good rate to finance and she was very professional. Usually the finance person is not easy to deal with. I expected the usual 3-4 hour process, but I was pleasantly surprised. Great job. The only issue I had was that the car was not detailed. The interior was pretty bad, the seats had stains on them and the carpet was dirty and the car had a sour odor. Anthony had the guy onsite try to clean it up but he did absolutely nothing to improve the issue. I took it home and spent 2-3 hours doing a complete interior/exterior detail and now the car is spotless. Great dealership. Anthony great job no pressure straightforward. Mike Marcuccilli

Waste of time

Travelled over an hour to see a car listed online for 37k. Called the dealership to make an appointment AND confirm availability and PRICE before traveling out. Test drive the car, works wonderfully. Go in to talk price and was told the car was in fact 58K. Never would have traveled all the way there for that price/cost. Massive bait and switch tactic. May never purchase a Toyota again.

My salesman Brian was great.

My salesman Brian was great. I purchased a 2020 Toyota Camry. They force you to pay $3,000 for some spray on fabric protector. I did not want this product and did not know I had to purchase until after. That was kind of scammy but that’s the auto industry. I would not go to this dealership unless you negotiate to have the $3000 spray removed beforehand.
