Great prices and service!!!

Service

My husband visited and had my daughter with him. Miss caressa gave her a balloon and was very friednly. We will go back again thanks to her nice smile and making him feel welcome speeking Spanish

Buyer Beware

Horrible customer service. Sells cars with known defect. Dishonest. Run. Go somewhere else. Stay away from Nissan and Robbins Nissans. They have a known transmission defect.

Horrible Customer Service

Horrible customer service!!! Does not do the right thing. Dishonest and inflexible. Does not honor their warranty. They sell cars with problems. Keep away from this dealership.

Noah was Great!

I went to Robbins to just look at what was available. I wasn't ready to buy yet but Noah was quick to help me and was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. When I'm ready I will certainly be asking for Noah to help me with the buying process.

Nice when you buy, awful after the fact

I have bought 2 cars from them. Sales seem ok, but paperwork and correct disclosure is a major issue. Its been 3 months and continuing, to get a GAP refund after being told incorrect information, and "Rod" in finance passing the buck with incorrect information. It is one thing to tell the truth and know what you are telling the customer, but to give wrong information and be arrogant about it is unacceptable.

New truck

I had intended to buy a truck 2 or 3 years old. But James put me in a new truck with more features for very close to the same money. I traded my old car and got good value. I am very pleased with the deal and my new truck.
