Amazing! Will do business again
We flooded and lost our house and all our vehicles. No one in Houston area could not even get to Holidays price using employee, x-plan or any other incentive for that matter. We prequalified over the phone, flew into Dallas, got a hotel and they picked us up and drove us to the dealership over an hour away. They made the entire experience AMAZING! No haggling or pressure and we ended up saving 23k between the two vehicles we bought and loved every minute of driving them home. If you are on the market for a new car it would be foolish not to at least give Grant a call. It was a red carpet experience!!!!

This is my second new car to purchase from Holiday Ford. I did all of my negotiations and working out the details via email and phone. Both times I only showed up to sign papers and pick up my vehicle which took 30 minutes.

Holiday Ford
Failed to provide the card containing the factory code for the keyless entry system. They also did not inform me that they were not providing that critical information. Without it you are unable to setup the keyless entry to secure the car with that system Provided only one key for the car requiring me to purchase an additional key for security. That cost of $200 was an added expense for the car not included in the purchase price. A piece of what I believe to be medical equipment found in trunk after returning from the dealership. Clearly the car had not been inspected well by the service department. Contact the dealership about the item and never received instruction about what to do with it or any other information.
