Courtesy Chevrolet is the worst dealership! The service associates are professional but the service director is absolutely horrible! I won't ever go back because of him!

Worked with Mr. Freistroffer in coordinating the commercial auto transport of 19 box trucks from his location. Mr. Freistroffer was very professional, courteous and made it easy to address any minor issues that arose (between drivers, pick-up ETAs, etc.) I have worked with several dealership over the yrs. and none yet have been as personable and friendly as Mr. Freistroffer is. Made the whole process easy! I bought a suburban 2024, new. After couple months, my suburban start to get some issues in different ways. Gasoline pump fail. Some technical issues in sound system, and more. Las time when I’d bring my suburban to dealer to fix all the issues, was so hard to get a rental as warranty included. Then, I was not get a good customer service. My vehicle was not repair completly. I’ll be back to finish it. Spending time was so hard for me, because I have a business, can not leave my business often alone. Then, that vehicle have a lot of issues from factory. I’ll go for Lemon Claim.

Thank you for being answered. I am very uncomfortable, unhappy. Still having technical issues, even with customer service, today Monday 18th supposedly had a schedule to fix all the issues, then today called me from the dealer to let me know my appointment will be till 25th. but I am very worried because is a lot of technical issues, computer issues. I think is a kind if dangerous to drive it. DEALER SAID "WE DONT HAVE ANY AVAILABLE DATE TO CHECK YOUR VEHICLE, TILL 25TH", Oh my, I am driving a vehicle with some issues what did not fix it, last time when I did bring it to service in Courtesy nor still failing. SO FRUSTRATED SITUATION.

Brad and his team did a fine job of repairing my Sherri. 4 new brakes and a new RR TPMS sensor. Ans she was ready as promised. I had things to do later in the day and getting her back promptly was a plus.
