Very good service

Best dealership I've ever been to. Salesman was honest and very helpful. Tony in the finance department was very professional and helpful. I will recommend bill Luke to everyone I know.

looking for and purchased a ram truck

Worked with a great salesman in Doug Iechorn explained things well and very easy to get answers from on the equipment and pricing. Had some dissapointment in the way the financing worked out.

Great Experience!

Working with Terry Moore was great. He was polite and friendly, not pushy at all. We had somewhere to be by a certain time and Terry made sure the process was quick and painless so we could be on time, which we were! We would consider buying another vehicle from this Bill Luke dealership in the future

Great experience

Truly a wonderful experience they had the I wanted and at a great price. The buying process was relatively quick and very easy to follow. Then at the end of the process Angel went over the vehicle and made sure I knew how the different features and options worked on my vehicle.

Do not buy from them.

This place is absolutely unprofessional. While we were in the process of buying a car, they sold it to someone else. Are you kidding me? Will never even consider purchasing from them ever again.

Do not buy from them. They are xxxx bags.

Where do I begin. I called ahead and scheduled a test drive for a 2017 Toyota Corolla. After driving all the way from GILBERT in rush hour, we test drove it and decided to buy it. Up to that point we were unwhelmed with staff. I was told I would be working with Jamie, but Jamie just so happened to be off when we got there. Red flag number one. So instead we got another sales person who seemed to know nothing of what he was doing. Every question we had, his response was ‘I’ll have to look it up.’ So we sat down, gave him our information and were about to begin discussing pricing when another sales person walks in and says ‘sorry guys’ with a smug look on his face, grabs the keys, and walks out. They sold the car while they were selling it to us. How unprofessional can you get? The people who bought the car hadn’t scheduled anything like we had. They didn’t care though, all they care about is money, and getting cars out the door as fast as they possibly can. Rest assured, we will NEVER consider buying a car from them again. Never.

very easy to do business with

I had the greatest car shopping experience at Bill Luke. Their salesperson Adam was extremely patient with me and non-pushy. He listened and heard what I was looking for, and always felt he was on my side and defending my interests as a buyer. After a few visits to the dealership and looking at some different options, I feel I got a really good deal for the truck I bought. Their finance process was very straightforward, and at no point I felt pushed to being up-sold with protection plans or anything like that. Their finance manager, Matt, was very clear and thorough in doing all the paperwork with me. Lastly, I want to point out that I visited at least 15 different dealerships before making a purchase, and Bill Luke had the lowest prices in the type of car I was looking for.

Great experience

Customer service was great. Honest no hassle pricing and no surprises. This was the second successful purchase I made and will return again. I drove 2 hours to see the car and it was exactly what I expected. I was in and out within 2 hours.
