Dealer response

Unfortunately, anybody that does business with us can vouch that that’s not true. Every vehicle is carefully inspected and passes not just our inspection but it passes PSI at the Auction. We offer basic warranties starting at 299 and we offer discounts on parts and labor. So my assumption is that you opted out of Warranty and your rear end broke which happens specially on those little Nissans. That is why we tried to push the warranty on everyone so hard. As much as it pains me to say this, you made your bed, sir the only thing we can do is fix it at a discount. We don’t build cars here we only sell them and you 1000% did not buy a broken car. Thank you for your purchase and feel free to come back and get it fixed anytime.

Scammers! almost bought a Mercedes online to ship to me...had the deal closed but my gut told me to have it inspected...found out that it was garbage! Finance concurred and revoked the deal. Now it gets interesting, Victor and his buddies decide to harass me messaging me stating I owned the vehicle plus storage fees! Funny they had the vehicle listed for sale! LOL....Bo whom ever he is said they list vehicles all the time on their website they don't have or intend to sale to get customers in...MMM??? Natural when I responded Vicotr said Bo went on vacation for a month. Ive kept all the communications with them for future concerns with the Florida AG's office. I ask them to apologies by letter to me, but they refuse...MMM? Now that the contract has cleared my credit report I can proceed forward with my conversation with law enforcement. These guys are crooks and give the auto industry a bad rep. Stay away!

Do not buy anything from them they are a bunch of liars and crooks they will sell you a vehicle knowing it has major issues and then promise you they will fix it but want you to drive it messed up long enough so they can use the extended warranty to do it but the issues was so bad I had to pay to have fixed when left me stranded on side of the road and when let them know what happened they ghosted me will not answer calls or return text messages

I saw the vehicle online and it looked in great condition. I contacted the salesperson and explained my situation. At the beginning, the service was excellent and the process went smoothly. Everything seemed fine until I went to pick up the vehicle. When I arrived, the hood was peeling. The salesperson told me they knew a place that could repair it at a low cost because they do work for them. I asked for the contact information three different times and never received it. One of the seats does not go up, and although I was told the seat motor would be replaced, the replacement part turned out to be used and was already installed on another seat. Also, while most dealerships wash vehicles before delivery, this one was not cleaned. That was not a major issue for me, but it added to the overall experience. The most frustrating part was the temporary tag situation. I called one week before it expired and was told it was not ready yet. I reminded them that it was just a tag transfer and that the expiration date was approaching. I was told they would call me. I called the day before it expired and was told I had to pay a fee. I have purchased several vehicles before and have never been charged an additional fee after the sale for something like this. Then I was told there was a “hold” in the system — which is not my responsibility, especially with a temporary tag about to expire. I felt this was handled irresponsibly. I asked them to have my tag and seat repair ready and told them I would pay the fee, but then I was told installation had already been paid for (the shop is owned by them). I requested that the amount they planned to charge for installation be credited toward the tag fee they created. I was told they would speak with the manager, but I never received a proper resolution and was charged anyway. Shortly after the sale, I was asked to leave a review. Based on previous experiences purchasing vehicles, I prefer to wait until the entire process is completed before writing a review. I wanted to make sure everything was handled properly first. Unfortunately, this has been my experience. At the beginning, the salesperson said this was the easiest sale he had ever had. Unfortunately, I can now say this has been one of the biggest disappointments I’ve experienced when purchasing a vehicle. I do not believe this is solely the salesperson’s fault, which is why I am not mentioning his name. However, management and leadership need to improve. The lack of professionalism and accountability is very concerning. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.

Shady business. Buyer beware! *Before* financing was approved, they asked for a $1000 deposit. I asked Victor if the deposit was *refundable* if there were any issues with Financing. He said, Yes the deposit was refundable in that case. Being out-of-state, there were some obstacles with the Credit Union's requirements (e.g., emissions and registration) that prevented us from finalizing the transaction, so I requested a *refund* of the deposit from Victor. Now, Victor says it's not up to him and his boss will not refund the money! I then spoke to the owner of Driveline LLC, a real classy guy -- Fckn this, Fckn that -- and he refused to refund the deposit. I should have paid attention to the review and this business' horrible rating on Cars.com. Don't make the same mistake.

Don’t buy a car from these people . All there cars are lemons. I only had my car 60 days it’s been in there shop for over 15 days they sold me a lemon. They erased all the codes on this car then sold me it then 3 weeks later my check engine light on . And they won’t fix it saying I have to pay to fix it when they sold it to me like this but what people don’t know and I found it out to late you have 30 days to return a car it’s called a cool down . If you buy a car from these people which I recommend you not too. Don’t forget you have a cool down period.

They sold us a lemon cars are horrible . They sell you warranty so they can get the warranty to fix the cars . They lie and give you the run around long enough so the warranty can kick in . They took my car apart and I still don’t know what was wrong with it . Have not had it 90 days yet
