I saw the vehicle online and it looked in great

I saw the vehicle online and it looked in great condition. I contacted the salesperson and explained my situation. At the beginning, the service was excellent and the process went smoothly. Everything seemed fine until I went to pick up the vehicle. When I arrived, the hood was peeling. The salesperson told me they knew a place that could repair it at a low cost because they do work for them. I asked for the contact information three different times and never received it. One of the seats does not go up, and although I was told the seat motor would be replaced, the replacement part turned out to be used and was already installed on another seat. Also, while most dealerships wash vehicles before delivery, this one was not cleaned. That was not a major issue for me, but it added to the overall experience. The most frustrating part was the temporary tag situation. I called one week before it expired and was told it was not ready yet. I reminded them that it was just a tag transfer and that the expiration date was approaching. I was told they would call me. I called the day before it expired and was told I had to pay a fee. I have purchased several vehicles before and have never been charged an additional fee after the sale for something like this. Then I was told there was a “hold” in the system — which is not my responsibility, especially with a temporary tag about to expire. I felt this was handled irresponsibly. I asked them to have my tag and seat repair ready and told them I would pay the fee, but then I was told installation had already been paid for (the shop is owned by them). I requested that the amount they planned to charge for installation be credited toward the tag fee they created. I was told they would speak with the manager, but I never received a proper resolution and was charged anyway. Shortly after the sale, I was asked to leave a review. Based on previous experiences purchasing vehicles, I prefer to wait until the entire process is completed before writing a review. I wanted to make sure everything was handled properly first. Unfortunately, this has been my experience. At the beginning, the salesperson said this was the easiest sale he had ever had. Unfortunately, I can now say this has been one of the biggest disappointments I’ve experienced when purchasing a vehicle. I do not believe this is solely the salesperson’s fault, which is why I am not mentioning his name. However, management and leadership need to improve. The lack of professionalism and accountability is very concerning. I would not recommend this dealership based on my experience.

Shady business.

Shady business. Buyer beware! *Before* financing was approved, they asked for a $1000 deposit. I asked Victor if the deposit was *refundable* if there were any issues with Financing. He said, Yes the deposit was refundable in that case. Being out-of-state, there were some obstacles with the Credit Union's requirements (e.g., emissions and registration) that prevented us from finalizing the transaction, so I requested a *refund* of the deposit from Victor. Now, Victor says it's not up to him and his boss will not refund the money! I then spoke to the owner of Driveline LLC, a real classy guy -- Fckn this, Fckn that -- and he refused to refund the deposit. I should have paid attention to the review and this business' horrible rating on Cars.com. Don't make the same mistake.

I bought a 2016 Mercedes C Class online.

I bought a 2016 Mercedes C Class online. Lied to about the carfax, two dents in the and tons of scratches. I am pretty sure the car was once rear-ended. The transmission jerks on occasion. I was completely lied to about the condition of the car by Driveline's manager. Driveline should be investigated for Shady business practices as far as their lenders are concerned. I plan to file suit if necessary in order to exchange the vehicle or return it. Last time I purchase a vehicle site unseen online and have it delivered. I was completely lied to. Since then the engine light is on and I have only put perhaps 50 miles on it since delivered to me.The rear window if put down with drivers control has to be put back up by opening the rear door and using that window control. The drivers head rest does not go down at all making it extremely uncomfortable to drive. The seat controls do not work on the head rest and seat extender as they should. The navigation card and cd reader card are both missing. The transmission kicks in second and third gear. The only conversation I have had with Driveline LLC the owner accused me of damaging the car. Extremely rude man, I had to raise my voice in order for him to listen to me. I have also contacted the Attorney General's office and US Trade Commission. I put my tryst in this dealership believing that they were being honest and truthful, not the case. The delivery driver was beside me when I pointed out the runs in the paint at the left side rear quarter panel. He stated "I had hoped you wouldn't see that ". The back end of the car rattles over small cracks in the road. I'm certain the car has had a rear in impact of some kind. The representatives of the car lot are not honest. Lesson learned.

I feel compelled to share a significant issue that arose

I feel compelled to share a significant issue that arose shortly after leaving your car lot. Approximately 20 minutes into my drive, the check engine light illuminated, and subsequent inspection revealed faulty catalytic converters. Update- This car has been hit, the Carfax was clean. They hit it from me. As you can see from the pictures there are bent parts on the car. And the catalytic converters were gutted. That's why I had an engine light. Stay away from these guys Despite contacting your dealership to inquire about a resolution, I did not receive a return phone call outlining any proposed action. Furthermore, upon closer examination of the catalytic converter, it appears to have been previously damaged and potentially repaired improperly, suggesting prior undisclosed issues. In future interactions, I would appreciate a more professional and responsive approach to customer concerns, rather than resorting to unprofessional language. I believe addressing issues with transparency and a commitment to resolution is essential for building customer trust.

Buyer Beware – Misrepresented Luxury Vehicle with Hidden

Buyer Beware – Misrepresented Luxury Vehicle with Hidden Water Damage I purchased a 2016 Mercedes-Maybach S600 from Driveline LLC on September 26, 2024, for approximately $65,000 (including my trade-in). The vehicle was advertised as being in “good working condition.” Just two days later, it became inoperable. A certified Mercedes-Benz dealership diagnosed severe, preexisting water damage to the vehicle’s electrical system, including a corroded CAN B block and signs that major components had been tampered with long before I bought it. My insurance company denied coverage, stating the damage was not sudden or recent, but instead the result of long-term corrosion — meaning this vehicle should never have been sold without full disclosure. This was a major financial loss and clear misrepresentation. I was misled into signing an “As-Is” agreement, unaware the car had issues that made it uninsurable, non-functional, and ineligible for warranty. If you’re considering buying from this dealership, get a full independent inspection before signing anything — especially for high-end vehicles. I have filed complaints with Florida consumer protection agencies and am seeking legal action to recover my losses.
