Tony Nguyen was awesome from the beginning, I really was just going to return my prior lease due to the unsatisfactory service received from first lease. Tony explained and did all that we wanted plus more.

Very unprofessional i txted him a couple questions at 1345, no response I called him at 1845 and he hung up on me . I purchased a used car from him 4 days ago. when asking for an inspection report done by Acura of Peoria Jorge got very defensive and hung up on me. I was also requesting a wheel lock key for the vehicle as it is missing very simple requests in my opinion he claimed to be busy all day sketchy business

All were very knowledgeable and helpful. This was my first time purchasing a car on line so it was a learning experience. Very friendly staff that displays true concern that the customer is satisfied. Even though you may be working with a specific sales consultant they will acknowledge you and provide any assistance they can.
