When I initially called the service advisor was very helpful. Throughout the process I received updates via a link, as my vehicle transitioned through the repair process. The only piece I’d like to see in addition is the tech including more details on the why behind repairs/services. I recently had an oil change at the location, but it was listed as a needed service. My Service Advisor Marco was topnotch. He was super informative and honest. The mechanic who serviced my vehicle accidentally took my keys after he left work. Just a minor inconvenience. The biggest disappointment was the disabled complimentary car wash machine. Oh well, stuff happens. .

Very professional and completed the job quickly. Provided information for status and recommended repairs I need to make. Followed up with both hard copies and electronic to my phone.

I worked with Cade to buy a new Nissan Sentra recently. We started chatting by text and he patiently answered all of my many questions. We agreed to come down for a test drive. He graciously moved the car into the shade so it would be cooler when we arrived. #BonusPoints After deciding the initial vehicle was not a match for us, he showed us several additional options. His creativity showed me that I was open to options beyond my initial idea. After test driving a few additional vehicles, we settled on a new Nissan Sentra. I was pleasantly surprised how attractive the interior is, how smooth the ride is, and the mpg is an added bonus. We worked through the financing quickly and I am happy with my interest rate, payment, and warranty. Loving my new ride :)

This dealership is consistently great to work with. Not just the car purchase but the ongoing maintenance. My last service advisor was Boyd and he was wonderful but they all are.
