hate non- local call center out of state
Did well until the link to access repair costs and recommendations for my car didn't work. I dislike the central call center approach to setting appointments and trying to get in touch with service advisors. Having a local call center to set local appointments and answer general questions like get a copy of list costs for the recommended repairs AND SERVICE would be a great improvement!
