I have to admit, I was skeptical about going through a small dealership. I had talked to Doug and set a time to come down and see the car. When I got there it was dark, I took the car for a test drive and loved it. It was past their closing time so I told Doug I would come back the next day to do the paperwork. When I returned and looked at the car in the day light, I noticed the interior had some tears. After speaking with Doug, he got it all fixed for me through the upholstery company they use and I was able to pick it up the next day. When I got there he had all the paperwork complete and all I had to do was sign it all. The last time I bought a vehicle, it was an all day event. Not with Doug. There was none of the "let me run this by our finance department" all the back and forth. It was simple and Doug made this car buying experience a pleasure. I would highly recommend this small dealership and ask for Doug, you won't be sorry.

I was looking for an older A4 and AutoBrokers had a reasonably good wagon. Doug was really helpful at answering questions and had the car ready for us to drive when I arrived to check it out. The car was made available for a pre-purchase inspection. The purchase was easy and quick. The CarFax and information about dealer repairs to the vehicle were both available. Doug was very responsive about an emissions issue that was quickly resolved. I normally would be suspicious of small used car lot, but the positive reviews are well deserved and I happy to have purchased a car from AutoBrokers. Do ask for Doug.

My daughter needed to upgrade from her 1996 Subaru. We found a 2006 BMW X3 online at AutoBrokers of Colorado and after talking to Doug made the drive down from Boulder. So far the car has been great and I feel the price was very good. They also gave us a fair trade in on the Subaru. This truly was a great experience and we were all done in about an hour.

My experience with Auto Brokers of Colorado was likely the most outstanding car-buying experience I've had in 35 years of buying cars in Colorado. No kidding. The owners -- former Air Force firefighters -- bring a their best game to the auto broker business. Core values like integrity and excellence come to mind. Straightforward, fair pricing -- both on the Tahoe I purchased and my trade-in -- contributed to a quick, efficient and smooth transaction. I'm a chief master sergeant in the Air Force Reserve, so perhaps I'm a bit biased, but there was an immediate trust factor when dealing with Auto Brokers of Colorado... the vehicles on the lot were clean, in excellent condition, and ready for a long-life with their potential new owner... me. My vehicle was pristine. Mind you, I traded a Mini Cooper S that I babied. I was thrilled to find an SUV for a great price that had been equally pampered. Patrick, the salesman who worked the deal for me (also an Air Force combat veteran) could not have been more professional, friendly and concerned about serving me first. If you're looking for a great deal on a pre-owned vehicle and you're concerned about the integrity of that vehicle, then you need to work with a dealer whose integrity is above and beyond reproach. I was recently in the position of having to trade in our Toyota Prius for a larger capacity minivan to participate in a child carpool for the new school year. I wasn't looking to spend much above the trade-in value of my Prius which had some body damage. I shopped at several other "big name" dealers and was just not very impressed by the selection and willingness to deal with my trade-in for a reasonable value. I was about to give up for the day when I came across Auto Brokers in the cars.com iPhone app. The reviews were decent so I stopped by. I was a little skeptical because I worried about the stock they might have given my stringent requirements (minivan in my price range). However, I was very pleasantly surprised to find a few minivans on their lot (among many other model types). I came across one vehicle in particular that was older but in good visual condition. Given my day's experience so far I didn't expect much but I laid it out for Doug and low and behold he came back with exactly what I was looking for in a deal. I was out of there in about an hour and the day was saved. Not to mention, I didn't have that post-sale "did I get taken" feeling. Fast forward a few days and I had a couple issues with the new tires they put on but Doug took care of them no questions asked (one problem notably was likely not even their issue). Also, this was an older model with high miles and no warranty so I didn't expect everything to work as new but they took care of me post-sale to address a highway noise issue I was having. It took awhile to diagnose the issue but all was taken care of and I couldn't be more satisfied with the way they addressed the issue for me. In summary, without a doubt I give them the highest marks for my entire experience. I was worried about dealing with one of these "Broadway" car dealers but in my book Auto Brokers is a different animal and you can't go wrong stopping by here to at least take a look at their inventory. They will be on the top of my list to look at next time I'm in the market for a used car. Give them a shot and I'd be surprised if you weren't pleasantly surprised also!

We bought a car for my daughter this weekend from Auto Brokers. Doug and Patrick were helpful and professional right from the start. They answered all questions, showed us a carfax and gave us a great deal. They had all the paperwork ready and doing the actual close was very quick. I know they are a small dealer on Broadway, but I put their service and attitude way above the large corporate dealers.

I was in the market for a used Yukon and talked to several "used" dealerships and two of the big "new" box stores. These guys were great! I have some credit issues and they got me financed with a local credit union within two hours. The best part is I didn't have to wait at the dealership to hear back. They gave me a fair price, got me financed and I am very, very happy with my purchase. I will buy a car from them again.

My wife and I had a very pleasant experience buying a used car from Auto Brokers of Colorado. Our salesman, Doug, was incredibly professional, approachable, and forthcoming with all of our questions. We got the car we wanted at a price that was almost too good to be true. (We were later affirmed how good of a deal we actually got once we had a mechanic look at our new car--nothing but basic maintenance was all that was required.) When we're in the market for another used car we plan on contacting Auto Brokers first.
