Best car buying experience I have ever had!

My wife and I previously purchased a certified pre-owned 2008 Subaru Impreza from Faulkner a few years ago and our experience was so nice that we decided to come back. Everyone we worked with made the process so much smoother. It was a very low pressure experience and I always felt like they were doing everything they could to make me happy and comfortable with my purchase. The most impressive thing was that they were able to present all my options to me and I was able to choose what I wanted and they fit it into my budget!

Great Service, easy in and out

Friedly, curtious service provided at the service counter. All question answered. repairs were reviewed by the service staff when the vehicle was picked up.

Great new Car Purchase

Wes Browns knowledge of the cars was great. He made the buy purchase so much better. All our questions were answered and explained all our options.

Great buying experience

The salesman, Ziad, was not pushy but he was very knowledgeable. He had so much enthusiasm for the Subaru brand that it was invigorating to talk with him. He was also very understanding to our situation. He was willing to work within our budget. Faulkner net our budget criteria. We usually hate car buying;however, working with Faulkner and Zuad was a pleasurable experience.

Best buying experience

Jared Neff was great. He was very helpful and explained so much about the company as a whole, along with Subaru as a brand. Everyone I worked with at Faulkner did everything in their power to get me the car I wanted for the price I wanted it.
