I believe with every fiber in my being that if you focus on helping others get what they want, you will always have what you want. I enjoy people and the energy of a crowd. Making people laugh is my specialty, there is nothing like the feeling I get when I can make someone smile when they absolutely do not want too! I try to leave any situation better off then when I arrived, always putting the needs of others in front of my own. I served our country in the US Navy and take the disciplines from the service and apply it to every task I have in front of me. I am honored to work for a family centered company like Mark Kia.

🚨 Survivor Alert: Avoid Mark Kia in Scottsdale, AZ 🚨 We’re sharing this on behalf of a well-known survivor and advocate in our community who bravely gave us permission to speak out about her recent experience with Mark Kia, a car dealership in Scottsdale, Arizona. This survivor has overcome unimaginable trauma—she’s one of the few who escaped a notorious abuser and has since dedicated her life to helping others. She’s now a licensed counselor, business owner, and student of forensic psychology. She recently bought her first home and was looking to purchase a car to support her growing responsibilities. She found a vehicle she loved and began the process with Mark Kia. Despite disclosing her participation in a confidentiality program for her safety, the dealership insisted she change her address with the DMV—putting her at risk. After signing paperwork, she was told the car would arrive the next day. Then… silence. No follow-up. No communication. During this time, she was attacked by associates of her former abuser, likely due to her address being exposed. She had to flee her home for safety. When she finally received a response from the dealership, she was met with disrespect and ignorance. A sales manager accused her of having a fake ID (which is 100% valid), dismissed her concerns, and made discriminatory remarks about her name and background. This, despite her having multiple credit union approvals. This isn’t just bad customer service—it’s dangerous, discriminatory, and unacceptable. Businesses like this are why we maintain directories of survivor-safe organizations and why we train and certify businesses on how to work respectfully with survivors. Mark Kia has now earned a permanent spot on our “Do Not Support” list. We urge charities and community partners to avoid accepting donations or partnerships from businesses that treat survivors this way. Please share this to protect others. Silence enables abuse—awareness empowers survivors.

Awesome services!

Awesome services! I loved how DeMarko and Kare made me feel completely secure throughout my entire experience here at Mark Kia. I would love to see them continue to grow in this business as they are both inspiring souls. I didn’t expect to purchase a vehicle today but after talking with DeMarko he ultimately made me feel ready to make my next purchase. Kare was very attentive to my worries and DeMarko helped me understand my available options. Great job you both! Will tell others about my experience!!!!

I came to look at a new vehicle and DeMarko helped us out a lot. We were having difficulty with our old car, and helped us out in picking a new one. He was very friendly, and helpful in our need. If you ever need any help with picking a car. I would recommend Demarko.

I would NOT recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from this...

I would NOT recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from this dealership. My car detail was terrible. I was told that the windshield was going to get replaced, when i went to pick the car up, the windshield was only fixed. I had to really get upset with the managers, in order for it to get replaced. My battery went dead 24 days after taking the car home, and was told they would not replace it. Never again at this dealership!!!!!!!

Was referred to Mark Kia from a friend. My experience was stress-free. I brought my son with me and we walked out with purchasing a new Kia Forte for him and a used BMW for me. There was no pressure, lots of enthusiasm from J to run and get us cars to test drive and an overall great experience. Mark Kia knows how to run a nice dealership. Both cars were delivered to us in Chandler and our trade in picked up. The transactions were simple. J in Sales and Lucas at the Finance Desk are A+++. Bravo!
