Bought a used Jeep Gladiator and traded in a more

Bought a used Jeep Gladiator and traded in a more expensive Land Rover, so they owed me a check for the difference. First, the 'finance manager' tried to play a shell game with me to sell an extended warranty. I'm not that dumb, so didn't work. So he reprinted the sales order, I signed, and my sales person said she would go to accounting to get the check cut. I went outside to put my backpack in the Jeep, and the 'sales manager' came running out to tell me accounting couldn't cut the check until the 'title flipped' (I gave them clear title to my Land Rover) but promised he would overnight the check within 2-3 days. Now 11 days later and counting, but still no check. The sales person says they sent it regular mail last week, but nothing, and the sales manager and accounting person will not return my calls or emails. Plus I have no idea when I'll actually get the title to the Jeep. Everyone at this dealership behaves like it's a big fraud and they know it. Don't know how they are still in business....

I expressed interest in a used EV6.

I expressed interest in a used EV6. I provided my email and asked for pricing and trade-in information. I received a couple of emails promising service and asking for my phone number. I declined to provide phone info, and I never received the info I requested. Four-days later, I lost interest.

Please don’t buy any car for this car dealer ship . My car is less than year that I purchased from them. They sold be a lemon and the more I try to fix the car the worst the car get. So please save yourself the trouble please don’t buy a car here.

I purchased a 2024 Kia Seltos in May of 2023

Everyone was professional, knowledgeable and polite. I have to drive 1 hour and 45 minutes for Service but I don’t mind the extra miles because I know I will be taken care of at Mark Kia

Great buying experience.

We were looking to purchase a first car for our Son. I looked at 100's of cars before finding a couple preowned gems offered by Mark Kia. A quick call to the dealership got me in touch with Kayla Van Hise. That turned out to be very fortunate for us. I explained my interest in one car over the phone with her the evening before. I added two more picks to the list via text messages with Kayla on the way to the dealership the next morning. Turned out that the first car I arranged to see was still having service work done and was not available for a test drive yet. Not to worry. Kayla saw to it that the other cars I was interested in were clean and ready before we arrived. I can't say enough about what a pleasure it was working with Kayla. One of the cars needed to be moved over from the Mark Mazda dealership up the street in order for us to be able see and drive it on a Sunday. Kayla kept up with my texts and really went out the way to retrieve that car in time for our appointment. I noticed the effort it took and really appreciate her going the extra mile in a short time frame. It turned out to be the car our son gravitated to and the one I felt good about purchasing. It is the perfect car for our needs and we would not have had a chance to see it that morning without Kayla's diligence. She took time to understand and identify with our Son's big day. Our purchase experience with Kayla is what customer service is supposed to be like. She was cheerful and upbeat without fail. She worked to remove options I did not want without any pressure. I want to also mention Manny who helped us finalize the deal with ease. Thanks again Mark Kia, Kayla and Manny for a great preowned Mazda 3 and a great buying experience.

I was extremely disappointed with your dealership.

I was extremely disappointed with your dealership. No one greeted when I entered, no one acknowledged my presence, though six people, only two of whom were working with customers, and one sitting at his desk on his cell phone, all ignored me. Once the male I was with entered, there were three or more loud greetings and offers to help. I was the one purchasing a vehicle, check on hand, I might add. Further, I was called and emailed and texted but one of your sales representatives, late afternoon, reference the vehicle I inquired about, that had been sold early that morning as confirmed by multiple sales representatives. I also received no help on the lot when I was there the night before. Your lot is a disorganized sea of vehicles; no distinction between new, used, trade-ins, nor customer parking could be distinguished. This location has been the worst dealership I have ever been to! We will not be returning.
