Good Dealership

I have always been satisfied at Barlow. The people there are very helpful and eager to please. It's not always easy to find a dependable service dept. when you need them. They were recommended to me and now I will recommend them to my friends in the area. I bought my SUV there recently and very pleased with my purchase and all the help I got learning all about the new safety features.

Great Service

Service was very helpful. They explained everything clearly and showed me everything regarding the repairs. Saturday service was a plus. Customer waiting area was comfortable. Free Wi-Fi a plus

Jamie Goshorn Manahawkin NJ Barlow

This is the 3rd vehicle that I had leased . I have had the pleasure of dealing with Jamie Goshorn on all my leases. He has made the transaction simple and pleasurable. As far as Jamie I find him to be professional, courteous, and sincere. Great experience

This is the third vehicle that I leased through Barlow. My salesman Jamie Goshorn was a pleasure to deal with and made my leasing experience an easy process. I was in and out in a remarkably short amount of time. Jamie was very accommodating, knowledgeable and energetic. I would highly recommend both Jamie and Barlow and will continue to lease from them. Barlow Buick GMC

Personable, efficient, customer service in all areas. Have purchased 2 vehicles at Barlow and highly recommend and have had miscellaneous service performed. Everyone is helpful and reliable. Far and away the best service Department

Time and time again the service department surprises me with the seam-less-ness of our transactions. Accommodating, professional, friendly, helpful they excel in interacting with clients. Great Group!!

good car good price broken promises

happy with lacrosse price was fine after deal was cemented Matt Sullivan promised to pinstripe the car for free that was in oct of 14 ,many phone calls no results. Recently talked to Zack the manager same promise same results. Why would any buis do this .the deal was already set if they never made the phony offer I would have been happy with the process. Now I want to tell the world that they are not the best

Service Department is worst ever

Bought 3 vehicles from Barflow. Just spent over $5000 in repairs that took 5 weeks. I drop truck off for tires on Thursday, need truck for work Sunday. Call Saturday afternoon - nil ever touched my truck or called to tell me. My 2005 GMC has been dealer maintained. It's a piece of junk. Service is horrible, no respect for my time or for repeat customers. This is my last GM vehicle.
