Service and recall

Great. Someone should check debris left behind after doing their work. eg recall required relocating front seats getting to wire harness, splicing back the yellow wire. left behind on the floor were pieces of yellow wire covering and also the black wire cover. thought you would like to know since you care about customer satisfaction.

Professional Sales and Service Department

My 2013 Buick Regal was in for service for a continual radio issue. A special thanks is in order for Jennifer Wilson. She went above and beyond to insure that the issue was resolved and that my experience at Barlow was enjoyable. Great service

The dealer completed the oil change/tire rotation as well as fixing a clip for one of our headlights in a timely fashion. They did not charge us for the clip and we appreciated this.

Awesome experience!

Matt is awesome to work with. After 7 years of not seeing him after my 1st purchase from him, he still remembered me. What a great person to work with. He works above and beyond to satisfy his lifelong customers. I am grateful to work with him and definitely will recommend and continue to work with Matt. My overall experience from the start and working with Elizabeth has far exceeded my expectation. Awesome dealership to work with! Keep it up.

Jamie is the best!

Jamie makes things so easy. When it was time for me to get a new car I didn't think twice about who to call. Jamie listens and cares and it is evident in the way he responds. I trust him explicitly.

There is NOBODY like Jamie!!

We went back to Barlow for our latest vehicle because of Jamie Goshorn. He makes car shopping easy and fun. He truly listens to what you need and want and then makes a recommendation based on what will buit suit your lifestyle and family. Jamie is thoughtful in everything he does. He made sure my kids were entertained and happy and even shared his pizza with them. My son says Jamie is "one cool dude" and my daughter says he is "extra sweet". I couldn't praise him more. He is the best car salesman out there because he is truly customer focused. I will continue to purchase my vehicles (this is now my third) because he actually makes car buying a pleasant experience. Thanks so much Jamie for all you do!!

Great dealership

Very relaxed. I got a great deal. My salesman Matt knew my Terrain inside & out. I had only been to your dealership years ago for service on my 1991 GMC Jimmy. Its nice to be back.
