Great service
I called 4/10/2014 to report a whining sound when my car was in drive.I was given an appoinment for 9:30 AM on the next day. The Bearing Assembly had to be replaced on the right rear wheel. All work was compleated within a few hours along with a complimentary seasonal vehicle inspection. That is satisfaction service in the highest degree. Superb Service
The dealership is under construction at the present time. However, the owner Mr. Barlowe took the time out of his day to speak to me in the Reception Area. We chatted about the projected finish date, which he said the end of July. I mentioned that I noticed other dealerships expanded their dealerships as well. It all worked out.
I rec'd an email regarding my upcoming service and asked if I wanted to schedule it via email. I responded immediately and said yes. Almost one month went by and I did not receive another email. I sent a second email asking why I had not heard back from them. This time, I rec'd a response right away and my appointment was booked for the very next day, at the time I requested. In the end, the communication delay was compensated with a speedy appointment and friendly service. I am very satisfied.
