Totally awesome customer service!

We purchased our new Cadillac Escalade from John Skokie at Coulter Tempe. John is the epitome of a totally professional salesperson and made us feel like we were joining a family, not a dealership! His knowledge of the product was extraordinary and we left the dealership with a better than average understanding of the new features of our Escalade! We would highly recommend John Skokie and the Sales Manager, John Spindt to everyone. We look forward to a continued relationship with Coulter Tempe for all our Sales and Service needs.

Unprecedented Customer Service

Referred by Jim Wright, parts mgr at Coulter Phoenix, to Brian Castonguay, used car mgr. When I saw an SUV we were interested in at another dealership, he hooked us up with the used car mgr there, Tim Cambier, who introduced us to John Skoko, a very experienced and low-pressure salesman. Received excellent help in showing us how this vehicle met our towing needs and much more (bells and whistles on GM trucks these days being amazing!). We purchased this low-mileage 3-yr-old GMC Yukon SLE from John that night, and also received great service from their knowledgeable credit manager (we'd had multiple ID thefts), who found us a loan after closing hours. From test drive to heading home in our new luxury SUV, it was the most stress-free dealership experience either of us ever had. Their follow-up has been wonderful, too.

Great new car! Great group to work with!

We went in not really needing a new car, but after discussing the options available with our current vehicle and payments remaining the same, we were sold. Ken and the team did a great job of making the package work and we would highly recommend them to anyone getting a new car.

Great car, great service, good price

We just purchased a used car for our family and found the exact car we were looking for here. The sales staff was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and helped us through the buying process. The sales manager and business manager both were efficient and helpful. The only minor issue was with the add ins that seemed a bit pricey. Nitrogen and etching came to over $500.00 which seemed to offset some of the lower cost of the car. Overall my wife and I had a smooth buying process and are happy with our purchase.

Exactly what I wanted, again

We just purchased our third GMC from Coulter GMC in Tempe. Our Experiences with John Skoko during these purchases have been seamless and so easy. I was in the market for a 4WD Sierra SLT with the SLT Premium Package. We met with him that afternoon, and took a beautiful Sierra for a test drive. After the drive we easily spent another 45 minutes looking at other vehicles and comparing trims. John was there every step of the way explaining differences and answering our questions. I asked if I could this this vehicle with a certain sets of wheels I saw on the lot, and he made it happen! Delivery was a breeze! Great buying experience with John and the staff at Coulter.

Great sales experience.

A really great sales experience. Both Ken Bowers and Alan Harwell were extremely helpful in helping me select the GMC that met my needs. Both were even more helpful when it came to figuring out all the bells and whistles this Terrain was equipped with. Being an old fart used to driving something with nothing more than basic creature comforts and a 5 speed they helped me to understand all the new high tech features and touch screen instrument. If had tried to figure all this out on my own I would probably still be sitting in the dealership parking lot. All I can tell the reader is you will not be disappointed in the service you receive here.

Coulter Tempe Autoplex

A excellent overall experience. Salesperson I worked with (Craig Ludwig) was professional; available throughout transaction and accommodating. Car was detailed well, everything seems to work and they even agreed to hold vehicle for me on site after purchase due to a emergency, out of state! From looking at vehicle to signing final purchase papers, I was treated well and fairly. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Craig Ludwig for someone looking for a quality preowned auto. Coulter deserves the reputation it has earned in the valley for decades. Keep up the great work!

easy going experience

There was absolutely no high pressure sales pitch. Bill Griffin was our salesman and he answered all of the many questions we had. He was very patient with us. Even though Tim Cambier was the used car manager and we were looking for a new car, he spent many hours with me looking for just the right car for us. He, too, was most patient. We went there looking for a used vehicle but decided, half way through, to buy a 2018 Buick Enclave. Everyone there was most patient and most helpful.

Outstanding

Huge thanks to Tim Miksovsky for the amazing buying experience, Tim went above and beyond in helping me to finance my first car. Everything was totally transparent, I was not pressured at all, and the whole process was a breeze. I cannot thank Tim and Coulter Tempe enough.
