I want to thank Victor for finding out the problem on my son‘s car. After experience, we had a liberty Buick I’m 65 years old and our family has never been treated like this in our lives. They sent us out in a car with wheel centers out it was all over the road called Patty. She told us to put air and tires until the light went out. The tire got rock hard and the light never went out. Returned to the dealership. She took it in the back and told us there was too much air in it and the car would be fine. We got out on the interstate and the car was still all over the road. Our son with mental illness is all upset and kept saying over and over again how will I get to work tomorrow after just paying $50,000 for this car. I took the car back the next morning. We need to find Kevin standing out at the building saying looks like you just bought a car that goes like this with his hands on his hip. I was upset and started yelling and screaming at the Dealership. Patty called my wife and she tried settling me down or they were gonna call the cops on me. They almost killed me and my family in this car and they were gonna call the cops on us. They told me if I didn’t get the car out of there they were gonna have it towed our expenses. Justin told me because we signed the papers in the state of Arizona. The car is ours. In the state of Arizona, if someone has mental illness and put it in writing within 90 days that the car wouldn’t be his, we wrote a letter in 30 days to the Attorney General and all just did is put new tires on it and said it was good. This car was never fit for the road. Derek From corporate Cadillac case number 9–10166201915 said that he should take the car back. He never did destiny case number 47162115 told him to take the car back but they can’t make it. Jessica told us on January 20, 2025 that he should’ve took the car back right away. he didn’t. Justin said he would take his car back twice. He said to put it under the lemon law and corporate would give him my son his money back. My son has been through enough with his mental illness. Her son got his mental illness by people playing a prank on him by putting a cat in the microwave and watching it explode, we couldn’t prove it just like we can’t prove that this car was all over the road. I talked to Justin and on the owner and they don’t want to take the car back. I put adam Hendrickson and Justin Serago and all the people at work at Corporate Cadillac kept telling us to take this car back. I put them in the same category as the people that put the cat in the microwave. I would like to talk to the CEO of Cadillac Dan Towriss And tell him that autumn Hendrickson she’s not own a car dealership if she can’t control Her employees any better than this she shouldn’t know a dealership. Now that we found out where the oil was coming from on the second motor that Justin Serago stripped out a bolt silicone it use JB weld on it. Now last week they told me that I can’t have service done there no more that is against a law. I cannot do that According to the laws. And it’s all because my wife went in And ask for an oil change and talk to autumn Henderson. If she don’t want to talk to her customers then why again that she want a dealership I’ve been writing to the dealers association and writing to the CEO of Cadillac and getting no response. We just wanna thank you for helping us. Find the problem with my son‘s car and hopefully you can help us get corporate to tell on Hendrickson to take the car back.
