I’ve bought quite a few cars over the years from dealerships all across the West Coast, but my experience with Sierra Toyota was on a completely different level — easily the best I’ve ever had. I want to give a huge shoutout to Eric Morales, who was my salesman. Eric went above and beyond in every possible way. From our first conversation to the day I picked up my truck, he made the entire process effortless and enjoyable. He kept me updated every step of the way, always proactive but never pushy, and treated my time with real respect. I was purchasing from out of state, which could have been stressful, but Eric made it completely smooth. He sent regular updates, checked in often, and honestly treated my truck like it was his own. That kind of care and pride is something you rarely find in this industry, and it meant a lot to me. The entire Sierra Toyota team deserves credit too. They’re honest, transparent, and don’t play any of the usual dealership games. The pricing was unbeatable, the process was straightforward, and I never once felt pressured. We arrived early for our appointment with Eric, and Jeff greeted us at the door, letting us know that Eric would be there shortly. Eric was extremely helpful in working out a fair price, and Julie was polite, professional, efficient, and answered all of our questions about the purchase. I highly recommend Sierra Toyota to anyone looking to buy a car. This was my first time buying a new car and I was extremely apprehensive after my experience buying a used car from a different dealership years ago. I shopped around a few other dealerships in Tucson and Phoenix; all of them used classic sales tactics to try and hide out the door costs and other hidden fees. Thankfully I found Sierra Toyota because Steve made this process so easy and painless; he was honest and upfront about all costs and what to expect. The facility itself was clean and well organized, and the staff were all friendly and helpful. It was such a relief to feel like I was being taken care of, I will be coming back here in the future!
