I brought my car in for service.

I brought my car in for service. They performed all necessary work. Didn’t try to sell me anything extra. And I was on my way.

My product specialist Dan Holuba was Friendly and

My product specialist Dan Holuba was Friendly and knowledgeable. The dealership had a good selection to choose from. Finance manager Jim Gerow was also friendly and very helpful.

Tracie is awesome !

Tracie is awesome ! She is always patient and understanding. She listens to what your needs and situation is. That is very significant to me in that I am solely making these decisions. You had my car for 4 days therefore you gave me a loaner

You had my car for 4 days therefore you gave me a loaner which I had to return with a full tank of gas or you was going to charge me $8.00 a gallon to fill it, however when I got in my car the gas light was on, which I assure you it was not when you took it. I believe you have gotten to big for your britches, this is not the customer service I used to get. You can't even talk to a human anymore. Attention to detail is lacking, last time you had my car, they did not replace the Subaru emblem on the tire, this time the valve stem cap is missing!!

The service department deserves a rating of 10.

The service department deserves a rating of 10. The counter people and the mechanics explain everything to you. The car is taken back in a timely manner. And the work is done right? You don't have to come back
