Bay motors experience was the top of the line.

Bay motors experience was the top of the line. They were very professional, transparent, knowledgeable and had excellent customer service. The process was very smooth and we were driving off with our vehicle within 2 hours. The car was clean and ready for us to test-drive. Also, the purchase price was great & car had low miles. We most definitely would recommend Bay Motors to friends :) Stephanie

Bay motors experience was the top of the line. They were very professional, transparent, knowledgeable and had excellent customer service. I purchased a vehicle from Bay Motors Inc.

I purchased a vehicle from Bay Motors Inc. within two days I had to have the vehicle towed back to the dealership. They refuse to refund me my money $4000 down payment and return the vehicle. After further investigation and speaking with a lawyer they forged my signature on documents and falsified documents. It's been xxxx dealing with these liars and crooks. #sellinglemons 🍋 Please share and do not recommend their business to anyone

Do not purchase a vehicle from Bay Motors.

Do not purchase a vehicle from Bay Motors. After the 2nd day of having the vehicle I had to have it towed back to the dealer. They refused to give me a refund. Then after getting a lawyer involved it was noticed they forged my signature on the contract on some of the contract. They are liars.

Beat service around and employees!

Ask for the beautiful leah.. when i called she gave me all the information on the vehichle i was loooking for she was able to anwser all question and very nice and respectful she accomidated all my needs she made sure to go out of her way to help me .. this is definitely the placeto go if u need a new car :)

Consumer response

The person that greeted me was professional and courteous , but the guy that did my paperwork guess he's the owner was obnoxious, rude and very unprofessional. After the car I wanted wasn't there he tried to sell me a 2009 Impala with over 150,000 miles for 500.00 a month. Went to Patriot Autos and got a 2013 Equinox less than 68,000 miles for 350 a month.

Worst dealer in town office is nasty staff are rude and unprofessional vehicle selection was bad the truck I got from them I had to pay out of pocket to have done wen I had a warranty with them and I had to have the truck inspected

Upset

Bought a car waited for hard tags went in salesperson switched tags threw my temp. Tag in trash. Someone apparently used it on 2 different cars now i have 2 fines in dc that the company dont want to take responsibility for. Never deal with these shady people.
