The dealership is effective, but probably needs more staff support I had to wait way too long to drop off my truck for service work. I worked in the industry. It's not the hardest part of the process.

This dealership robbed me of $10k and counting Corporate
This dealership robbed me of $10k and counting Corporate now invoked . Two wrong Diagnostics and buying parts based solely upon the diagnostics and my car still not working and having the same exact behaviors it was having on the first day I brought the car to be fixed after spending over $10,000 on it to be fixed. I'm demanding a total refund for $7100 from corporate and the dealership for the wasted money I spent. I will accept the third diagnostic of which I thought it was in the first place, an alternator and mass airflow sensor malfunction. Nissan is a multi billion dollar company while I make a modest living as an Air Force retiree on a fixed income and this event has caused me to take money out of my retirement savings and now it has caused a domino effect to where my mortgage and house is in jeopardy of foreclosure due to this egregious act placed upon me.

Horrible dealership.
Horrible dealership. They Charge you for work that was not done. They try to tell you that you don't need something you want done on your vehicle. I will never go back!
