Great, caring service
I am always treated so well at Perfection Honda. My car is serviced with Honda products and technology. I feel that my service advisor takes into account the fact that I am on a budget and works with me to make everything happen in a way that is affordable. He also alerted me to upcoming expenses so that I will be prepared for them. This dealership has always gone the extra mile to make my visits comfortable, pleasant and they keep me well informed.

Customer Survey - Exceptional Service
A perfect visit! The gentleman who greeted us as we drove up and our service manager (Joe Callaway) were both very friendly AND professional. In addition, Joe was very comprehensive in determining what services we desired, answering our questions and keeping in contact with us during our wait. The mechanic (who we did not meet) was quick in changing our oil/filter and rotating our tires, leaving us with a very clean car and quite satisfied! It is enjoyable to deal with Precision Honda.

From the time I arrive to the end of my visit to Perfection Honda it is always a pleasant and a non-stress appointment! From the large waiting room, hot coffee, free newspaper, great customer service from everyone and ultimately the free car wash... no wonder everything runs so smoothly!

Perfection Honda Earned My Business
Aziz and Hafeez worked hard to earn my business. Aziz was very accommodating on the test drive, and was very thorough introducing me to the new CR-V. Aziz and Hafeez were willing to match other dealers' offers, and the negotiations over price were very smooth. Rukia was very helpful when discussing service plans and tax/title/license. Took car to get serviced and car was taken care of and no issues with repairs. Like taking my Civic to where I know it will get fixed properly.
