Perfection Honda always provides great customer service. I’ve been taking my Honda CRV here for routine maintenance and have not once been disappointed in any way. They’re friendly and knowledgeable without trying to upsell you on anything and they provide information for you to make the best choice.

I cannot open my glove box.
I cannot open my glove box. The key turns and locks the handle or allows it to lift but the door won't open. In it is a tool to unlock the wheel lugs. I have a leak and live 125 miles from Perfection Honda. They cannot talk me through it over the phone. Honda HQ told me the dealer is my only option as they don't know either. Cannot reach it under hood. Incompetent. Do not deal with these clowns.
