Great vehicles, terrific Salesmen, excellent service!

Purchased 4 vehicles from Darrel and he is absolutely one of the best salesmen I have had the privilege to work with. The dealership is professional and friendly. I would recommend this dealership to all that want a great car buying experience to a great service department.

OUR SINGLE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!

1. We are an elderly couple with all the scars from over 50 years of car buying hassles to prove it. 2. We subscribed to Consumer Reports car buying guide for $39.00 to help us with research. 3. We test drove the Honda CR-V, Pilot, and two models of Odyssey. 3. Consumer Reports and two test drives of the Odyssey helped us determine that the Honda Odyssey EX would best suit our needs. 4. After our test drives we went home and determined what we were willing to pay and what we would accept from Perfection Honda as on offer to sell. 5. We returned to the dealer and ask them for their best offer to sell--the offer was provided within 15 minutes--we accepted. OUR SINGLE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! Our sales person was Christina Blair, she did an outstanding job. We were treated with courtesy and respect throughout our buying process.

Perfect experience

I now know why this place is called Perfection Honda. The staff was very friendly and priced my trade in immediately, they gave me a great deal! I was treated wonderfully and got a very good price on a 2014 Ridgeline. The building is like a castle and I got to test drive the truck I was interested in withing 5 minutes of my arrival. I was also given a excellent cup of hot chocolate that I enjoyed while working to get the price I wanted. Christina helped me and she was kind, honest, and warm. I was treated with respect and Christina along with her manager worked with me to get a price that I could afford. I had a perfect experience, and highly recommend buying a car here as well recommend working with Christina Blair in sales.

best auto service I have ever had

My wife and I are long time owners of Honda automobiles. Currently, I own a Honda Pilot and have religiously used Perfection-on-Academy for all my service needs. Mr. Tony Williams and the other service staff at this location are some of the friendliest, helpful, and honest individuals I have interacted with in the auto service industry. Mr. Williams and his staff are uniformly accommodating, forthright and ethical in all their business dealings, and seamlessly facilitate the task of maintaining and servicing our cars. I have nothing but the highest compliments for the service staff at Perfection-on-Academy. They all should be lauded for their honesty, great customer service, and superior interpersonal skills. Moreover, whenever the time comes to replace my Pilot, Perfection Honda is the only dealership I will shop at.

Great Customer Service

I was pleasantly surprised with my car purchase. I walked in at closing time and ended up driving home with my new Honda Civic; that is how easy it was! From the beginning with Tom to the end with Craig, I felt very at ease and knew the whole time I was doing the right thing! I surely cannot say the same about the visit I had with another dealership earlier in the day. My first visit should have been Perfection Honda!

Highly Recommended

Fast, efficient service. Took my Honda Pilot in for an oil change and routine check while on a cross country trip. No problems with the car and I left feeling confident that I would complete my trip safely. This is very important for a single woman. :)

Passport to Cash Let Down

In Feb 2014, I referred a friend to purchase a car. I know Honda vehicles are the best, but not apparently Passport to Cash referrals aren't fulfilled as a promise. I went a second time to ask if my address for my reward of $100 could be incorrect, so my passport was Xeroxed so management could look into the situation. It's been over 3 weeks and I haven't received any reward. Since then, Chalmers has fulfilled their commitment to a reward. I'll sent my friends to Garcia Honda where I had bought vehicles previously. Just thought Perfection was closer to my home area, but location didn't matter.

When we received the review regarding the Passport to cash, we immediately reached out to try and determine how we could resolve the matter. At Perfection Honda we appreciate all of our referral and repeat customer's and we reward them accordingly. I can only imagine that in a busy working environment, the passport to cash may have been filed incorrectly. We haven't been able to connect to the person that wrote the review, but have made every attempt to reach out and make it right for them. Excellent!! (Perfection on Academy)

After a horrendous car-buying experience at a westside Hyundai dealer earlier this year, shopping at Perfection on Academy was a very refreshing experience. My wife and I were impressed by the professional, no-pressure atmosphere and the high quality of service and preparation done on the used cars. When we went to test drive the minivan that we later purchased, the salesman (Bollie Pino) showed us the Carfax report and an inventory of the work that Perfection did on the vehicle to prep it for sale. They were the most up-front and transparent dealership that I have ever dealt with. We are very happy with our purchase and I would recommend Perfection on Academy to everyone.
