Service was great as usual… However, when I walked into the dealership I asked a salesman for a test drive in an ID BUZZ while I was waiting for my Tiguan. Never saw him again! I’ve purchased 2 new cars from you and was hoping for much better attention! I resolved this by going to Fiesta VW for information and a test drive! They took great care of me!

Scheduling was easy. I was seen immediately after bringing my car in. Courteous greeting and check of the car. I was only a short time in the waiting area. In, out and on my way.

I worked with Sergio to get a new car. I had just had a very tough experience with a small locally owned dealership and had always been against "mainstream" dealerships. Sergio turned this experience around for me and now, I'll only do business with big dealerships. He made the sale seamless and I walked away with a great car. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to upsell me on something out of my budget. He was phenomenal.

I purchase my 2026 Golf R from University Volkswagen. Scheduling my oil change was easy. Service was fast and efficient. Work was completed ahead of the scheduled time which is great as I was waiting on the car. Dealership waiting areas were clean and comfortable. The in process video of the work on my car was especially informative. My service advisor, Walter Hubbard was communicative and efficient throughout the whole process. I intend to have my vehicle serviced at University Volkswagen regularly.
