Melloy Nissan was great to deal with during the pandemic. None of the employees were high pressure and they had reasonable prices considering the crazy high price market.

Awesome Experience
Very professional and highly recommend working with Mel. Didn't pressure us into buying a vehicle, Mel gave us our space and answered all our questions. If he didn't know the answer, he found out the answer and didn't give you a BS answer. Enjoyed talking to the Melloy team and working with them on buying our pick up.

2021 Nissan Altima SR
Glad I came here. I knew what I wanted and the sales person gave me a lot of information on the various versions and what they were equipped with. I traded in my 210k+ vehicle and purchased a new 2021 Nissan Altima SR. The gas mileage is amazing! I’m very happy with how much I’ll be saving just based on the gas alone. The people were very nice, everything was quick and easy. When I’m ready in the future, I’ll be upgrading my vehicle here.

Not going back
Service is horrible. You cannot make an appointment anymore and expect to get your car serviced at the appointed time. They just say that they'll "do the best they can" to get your car serviced sometime that day! The last time I went in with a 10:00 appt. for a 55,000 mile service and oil change and they kept me waiting for an hour before bringing my car in, then another hour and a half before bringing my car out WITHOUT the 55,000 service being done - just the oil change! "SORRY, WE ARE AWFULLY BUSY" was their answer. Funny, they used to be good and prompt. Not anymore. Something changed. I'm never going back there.

Service is horrible. You cannot make an appointment anymore and expect to get your car serviced at the appointed time. As a travel nurse, I have driven to all parts of the US and in the course of that -had to have service at other Nissans- I found out the hard way not all dealerships are the same. There is a reason Melloy Nissan is a Top-ranking dealership and it’s the people who work there. From Sales to Service you are always greeted, your basic needs are met and you just feel part of the family there. I am on my 4th Nissan vehicle, two of which were purchased right here at Melloy. Melloy Nissan is the only service department that I have trusted in the last nine plus years to work on my car.
