Oil change

The service department always advises me on what my vehicle needs. They recommend with pressuring. I feel very confident that the work was done correctly. They have an excellent waiting area that is comfortable and pleasant.

Very Accommodating Staff

Got to my appointment early and they fit me right in. Very friendly and efficient workers. Great lounge area to wait in. I drive out of my way to go to this dealer.

Fixed problems caused by another mechanic.

I was concerned about how my 1999 Land Cruiser was responding when backing out so we took it here. It was insane how the other mechanic I took it to years before actually caused damage by switching the anti freeze. Parts were ordered and repairs made in just a few days, even loaned a vehicle at no cost. John is top notch, really informed us on what happened, took great care of my Land Cruiser. We will be coming back here for all 3 of our cars from here on out. It's about time we found mechanics we can count on after 30 years of lousy ones.

Shock/strut replacement

Rich was great. He was very responsive and even gave us a discount due to the overall cost of the repairs. Repair seems to be excellent. No apparent rework issues. Thank you for the great experience.

Rear Brakes

After checking with other local shops I found the dealer quote was the same or less that others, and I knew they would use genuine Toyota parts. They were also able to fit me in the same day. My service rep (Jonathan) was very helpful and communicated with me throughout the process.

Worst Toyota Dealership!

We own two Toyotas (and have owned a total of 5 Toyotas between my wife and I over the years) and this dealership’s service department is so bad it has reconsidering our loyalty to Toyota. The service is shoddy and they do little to provide basic customer service.
