manager and finance personnel

Christian, the salesman was very courteous and polite with our questions and concerns pre-purchase, but I feel like we paid more for the LE Camry than we should've. Adam, the sales manager, did not answer the dealer invoice and MSRP questions truthfully at all times. Our fault for not doing more research before buying. Adam and Casey, it seems, were in cahoots with trying to charge us for maintenance services above the stated payment agreements we had previously discussed with Adam. I consider this type of behavior not very good for business. Will probably not be doing business with American Toyota in the future. Again, no complaints with Christian at all even though we knew he was fairly new at his job.

Buyer beware

I love the car but the buying experience was by far the worst experience. I can not say more because of an written agreement with the dealership.
