We had to wait about 15 minutes for our vehicle repairs to begin. And with the construction going on things seemed slightly disorganized. Once the expansion/renovations are done I think this will be a top notch facility. The customer service was first rate, especially when they were able to work us into our travel schedule without undo delay for us.

If you value your car take it somewhere else. These technicians are worthless, they couldn't even diagnose my car. This place is scamming people, every time I have visited this shop I have left with more problems, then when I went in. I was even told if I had more problems to call Toyota corporate first. That's because these F@@ks are worthless mechanics. Sad that these people are representing Toyota.

Received notice that Amazon-purchased 2016 Corolla floor mats did not meet Toyota specs. Brought car to American Toyota. Service scheduler Mike Millar investigated. Mats do meet Toyota specs. Attach to driver-side pins. Accelerator problems attempted legal department ploy?.
