Great service!

Service was great. My only issue is timeliness. My appt was for 10; I didn’t get into the service lane until 1030 or so. Improvement in this area and you would have a great operation!

Maintenance well done and great customer service

I got a flat tire and my car was towed away to this dealership. They didn’t have exactly this tire in stock, ordered it and repair was done for less than 24 hours. I also had maintenance service coming up and they also did everything because it was covered by my standard maintenance coverage as the car isn’t too old. Thanks, Allen. Every time kept in touch with me about what was happening during the process.

Pleasant experience at BMW of Alexandria

Had a pleasant experience at BMW of Alexandria. My advisor was able to have the issue assessed in a timely manner and fully explained what was needed and why. Repairs completed to my satisfaction. Special thanks to Mr. A.H for providing a superb customer experience!

$220 Ridiculous Diagnostic Service Fee

I got a diagnostic done because my speaker was rattling and they removed paper near my subwoofer and then charged me $220. Do not get your vehicle serviced here. I normally have good experiences at other dealerships but this is just ridiculous. Go somewhere else to get work done here. They also took forever to contact me that my vehicle was done even though it did not take them long at all to diagnose the issue. Please just don’t go here.

I never write reviews unless they are positive, but I'm so disappointed with this dealership and the way they treat their customers that I decided to warn others. Once you purchase your car, they will discard you. They act like they want to build a relationship, but they don't. They don't get back to you on any concerns and the managers are rude and condescending. I came in to ask a few questions related to my car service bill which was extremely high after owning the car for just a few months and I literally had to calm the manager down to get an answer. I understand some customers can be rude, but that's not the case here. I'm shocked by the way I was treated. DO NOT BUY, SELL, OR GET SERVICE at this location. I heard the same complaint from friends and family who purchased a vehicle or got service from this location, but I decided not to listen, bad move on my part. I'm so disappointed with this experience, the impression they gave me when I bought the car was not at all what happened immediately after I closed the deal. I will never go back to this dealership. Also, beware, the sales guys will keep emailing you and texting you until you give them a 5-star review on the BMW service app.; don't do it, wait to see what happens next. p.s. I do want to say that the car maintenance/service people are quite nice, but there's not much they can do for you beyond fixing what's on your invoice. Also, I've heard wonderful things about the dealership in Fairfax and will be trying them next.

Good service

Alan Oberheim was a wonderful service advisor, he got me in and out of the dealership in under an hour with some of the best customer service I've seen. Though the service managers seemed to give lots of looks and felt unwelcoming.

Awesome experience

I had a great experience today on June 9 2023. I called to make an appointment today and they were able to schedule me in for the morning. Upon my arrival I was greeted by a service team member who asked for my key and then assured me that service advisor would be with me shortly. I was told that my service would take about 3 hours and ended being quicker by a half hour. Everyone was quite courteous and welcoming during my visit. They also had coffee and refreshments for me to enjoy while I waited. I will definitely continue to take my vehicle there to be serviced.
