A pleasure working with Michael, we saw a Jeep on line at the dealership, not exactly what I wanted after all, however, Michael told us about another Jeep at their sister dealership that he felt would suit what I was looking for. I’ve purchased about 18 new vehicles in 30 plus years for me and my wife. Most have been a good experience. We normally buy every two years. The service department here is by far the worst I’ve ever been to. The technician broke a piece in my car and lied about it and the service manager covered for him. She couldn’t even look at me when she told me that a piece was found broken and they didn’t do it. I highly recommend that you go elsewhere for service. Mistakes happen, but lying and fraudulent work is completely wrong.
