Purchased my 2023 Jeep Compass from Dave Beard, and it was a fantastic experience. I had an amazing experience in this car dealership-- everything went perfectly. Very nice place, very clean, staff is very polite and attentive.

The follow through was very poor, uniformed information, and changing/raising prices. The lack of integrity and responsibility was awful. We were discussing a vehicle over the weekend that magically had the price become higher as we got more information and closer to a sale. We were then quoted a very high shipping rate. Then, we’re told in writing we could use a third party shipper. However, once the price was $4000 more. We were also told we had to use their shipping that was $2500 higher quote than a third party. Just plain bad business and accountability.

The staff were all courteous and easy to work with. Over all a good buying experience.
